New Year – New Training + New Diet – Indoor Rock Climbing Training with Paul Robinson pt. 2

Happy New year everyone! 2018 has arrived and now is the time to step it up, train hard, and become the best climbers we can be. I am currently indoors training for my upcoming trip to Hueco Tanks. I have two climbs I really want to do this season and I felt like building some power endurance was going to be necessary to complete my goals. Along with the climbing Katerina and I made a quick little food edit. I receive lots of questions regarding my diet as a professional climber. I have switched over to a completely vegan diet and am excited to share my journey with you.

Here is one recipe that I absolutely love… Vegan Choc Chip banana pancakes! These are awesome an hour or two before heading to the gym to work out.
